- Support Project Management and Quality Assurance matters for EHS department
- Assist in daily operations of the Environmental Services.
- Follow up with laboratories to receive results on time
- Prepare draft report
Specific responsibilities:
- Support Project Management – Follow up with clients, reports etc
- Ensure that all operations are conducted within client and recognized industry health and safety requirements
- Lead Quality Assurance matters – Review reports
- Ensure that the Department Quality System is fully implemented
- Co-ordinate with Laboratory employees for quality testing and client’s requirement.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services.
- Perform any tasks as and when required by management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Environmental Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in field work for Environmental related services or testing is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain highest quality standard all the time
- Able to maintain good turnaround time (TAT) and on time delivery (OTD)
- Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using quality management methods and tools
- Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients
- Works well under pressure, challenges status quo
