Project & QA Executive

Sgs Testing & Control Services Singapore Pte Ltd

  • Support Project Management and Quality Assurance matters for EHS department
  • Assist in daily operations of the Environmental Services.
  • Follow up with laboratories to receive results on time
  • Prepare draft report

Specific responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management – Follow up with clients, reports etc
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted within client and recognized industry health and safety requirements
  • Lead Quality Assurance matters – Review reports
  • Ensure that the Department Quality System is fully implemented
  • Co-ordinate with Laboratory employees for quality testing and client’s requirement.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services.
  • Perform any tasks as and when required by management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Environmental Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Prior experience in field work for Environmental related services or testing is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain highest quality standard all the time
  • Able to maintain good turnaround time (TAT) and on time delivery (OTD)
  • Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using quality management methods and tools
  • Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients
  • Works well under pressure, challenges status quo
