Oversee and direct all aspects of the frontline operation and assist other staff to run their section efficiently.
· Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
· Take orders, serve food and beverages and clear tables.
· Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
· Co-ordinate floor staffs to ensure all tasks are being completed according to procedural guidelines and time lines.
· Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee breaks are ready for service. Set tables accordingly to type of event and service standards.
· Trained & ensure work place compliance with safety regulations.
· And any other adhoc duties.
· Able to work on weekend & PH
