Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet(s) daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the outlet
- Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all menu items served
- Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
- Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
- Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guests' feedback promptly.
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as directed by the management.
