Overview:
To execute work as per approved procedures and specification and to supervise quality output & schedule with compliance to safety rules and regulations.
Responsiblities:
- To attend / conduct daily toole box briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.
- To ensure sub-contractors carry out the work as planned. Evaluate project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance.
- Ensure good coordination and communication between team members, SRM, Engineers and clients.
- Production planning and control of day to day activities, coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontrator to move with the job.
- To follow up / monitor on Architectural work progress activities.
- Follow up and reporting on the Architectural progress.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team to complet the inspection on time.
- Knowledge of Insualtion and Wall and Ceiling panel, furniture, doors and windows, Floor finishes installation as for project requirement.
- Identify and resolve architectural interference and propose modification routing onsite if necessary.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction of offshore platform industry
- Have knowledge in good architectural practices
- A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course and risk management course
- Able to work in both office and site environment
- Willing to work day sift or night shift
- Willing to work late hours
- Must be a team player and be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors
