Career Opportunity for a Quality Assurance ENGINEER
The Quality Engineer reports to the Quality Manager .
Main responsibility quality reporting, to correlate, investigate and resolve matters pertaining to quality information. Able to identify areas for improvement and implement or lead on corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and quality of the products. He/she will be also work hand in hand with the QA Manager to provide support and preparation for audits, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Must possess hand-on experience to correlate, investigate and resolve matters pertaining to quality issues
- Co-ordinate with various departments and customer on quality issues
- Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- Regularly updates and maintain documentation including ISO documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Support cross functions in addressing customers’ complaints and inquiries, doing site inspections and generating the relevant reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Strong analytical, meticulous and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and pro-active personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 Quality System would be advantage
- Follow-up other duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering/Quality or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
- Able to start work within short notice/immediately will be advantageous
