What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized recommendations to walk-in clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Apply your product knowledge to craft proposals, quotations, and recommendations that suit customer requirements.
- Proactively manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone, and process orders seamlessly through our POS system.
- Consistently achieve targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage our showroom, and ensure it's clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term connections with clients, ensuring satisfaction through sales and after-sales service.
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive, supportive work environment.
- Stay updated on current promotions and products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Other ad-hoc duties required by superior.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in the furniture industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Punctual, reliable, and driven to achieve success independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required.
- Formal education in interior design or related fields preferred.
