We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving team. If you enjoy helping customers find the perfect solutions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow within the furniture industry, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized recommendations to walk-in clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Apply your product knowledge to craft proposals, quotations, and recommendations that suit customer requirements.
  • Proactively manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone, and process orders seamlessly through our POS system.
  • Consistently achieve targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage our showroom, and ensure it's clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term connections with clients, ensuring satisfaction through sales and after-sales service.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Other ad-hoc duties required by superior.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the furniture industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Punctual, reliable, and driven to achieve success independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required.
  • Formal education in interior design or related fields preferred.
