Job Description:
- Resolving technical difficulties and other problems that may raise.
- Assist in overseeing the project, planning, and ensuring the timely completion of the project.
- To provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the technical post sales of IoT services lead deals by our sales, solutions, and product team.
- Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams.
- Other duties as directed by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Basic Electrical & Electronic Knowledge
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Min. Qualification ITE/ Poly Diploma
- Training Provided
- Knowlegde in BMS will be an advantage
