Consultant (Conversational Design Resource)

  1. To design and write conversation flows and scripts for our AI chatbots and Virtual Assistants.
  2. Develop design mock-ups, process flows, and prototypes on features and improvements.
  3. Test and amend designs based on user feedback and data for continuous improvement.
  4. Draft showcase and present solutions to stakeholders and team members.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
  6. Recommend improvements to content, designs and propose strategies with referenced to industry trends and best practices.
  7. Able to translate user needs into UX/UI enabling our Chatbots and Virtual Assistants the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time.
  8. To spearhead copywriting of new content, rewriting existing content (i. e. FAQ, SOPs), and be responsible for overall content management of Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.


  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, HCI, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or equivalent.
  3. Professional certification in UX Writing, Conversation Design, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
  4. Proven work experience as a Conversation Designer, UX Writer, or a similar role.
  5. Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating conversation flows,content, and design for AI-driven experiences.
  6. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a knack for creative and empathetic writing.
  7. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices.
  8. Familiarity with prototyping tools and UX design software is a plus.
  9. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  10. Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  11. Operates with a 'customer first' mindset and designs client centric experiences end-to-end to solve inquiries via multiple channels & touchpoints.

Optional Skills:

  1. Experience in deploying cloud solutions such as Amazon Lex, Microsoft LUIS, Google Dialogflow, Generative AI will be an added advantage.
  2. Proficiency in data analytics, data mining, data transformation, and data visualization will be a plus.
