Job Description
1. Implement compliance controls, policies and procedures
- Supports the implementation of controls, compliance checks and compliance processes.
- Executes tasks according to procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across ESBSG, and escalates any issues to relevant parties where needed
2. Execute compliance-related administration
- Assists with keeping compliance processes updated and conducting research and preparation of necessary materials for standard compliance reporting.
3. Support compliance knowledge management
- Supports in training and implementation of new or changing regulations.
- Comfortable executing tasks independently and implementing guidelines in accordance with requirements and processes
Job Requirement
- Candidate is mature with good manners.
- To cope in fast-paced environments, and is organised and responsible.
- As Candidate is required to be familiar with the compliance requirement of MAS, those with at least 5 years of working experience in Singapore Financial Industry (with not more than 2 FIs) will have advantage.
- Given that we are a Taiwanese bank; knowledge of mandarin is essential in performing our task efficiently
