Casa Vostra is thrilled to announce the launch of its first physical outlet since transitioning from a delivery concept. Located in the vibrant Raffles City, our restaurant will offer customers access to restaurant-quality Italian pizzas, pastas, and gelatos. We are seeking a talented Cook for our bustling kitchen, dedicated to delivering authentic Italian flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian-inspired dishes according to established recipes.
- Assist in mise en place for pizzas and pastas.
- Contribute to the development of specials and new food products.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus!
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1).
