- Manage office administration including reception, office supplies telecommunication services and IT Assets
- Support in welfare-related events, including company functions, team building activities, etc.
- Assist in booking travel tickets, accommodation and travel insurance for employees.
- Handle Portnet and Digitalport matters, serving as the Point of Contact for MPA-related matters.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Tabulate spreadsheet for staff medical/dental/expenses claims.
- Oversee contracts for office cleaners.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding; administration & IT related matters.
- Application of Travel Visa for employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirement:
- N / O / Diploma in any discipline
- Min. 2 years of administration experience, able to handle reception a plus
- Team player, good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
