- Conduct an evaluation study on a sample product to assess LED lighting options, conduct feasibility tests for machine vision components, and evaluate image processing capabilities, either at our in-house testing lab or on-site with customers.
- Provide technical consultation on machine vision components, including lighting, lenses, cameras, and controllers, in response to inquiries.
- Collaborate with vendors or integrators of machine vision components on technical issues.
- Organize and conduct lighting seminars and training sessions for new or existing customers.
- Oversee the management of testing lab equipment and prepare demonstration loaners for customers.
- Provide technical support and project advice to the sales team.
- Inspect returned loaners for physical condition and basic functionality.
- Carry out product failure analyses and generate reports.
- Possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in machine vision or automation will be an added advantage.
