Assistant Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Project Team as needed.


Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably, fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
