Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated team player who is adept working in a fast-paced work environment, to join our Team. The applying candidate should be able to converse fluently in English and be able to work a 5.5 days’ work week (with 1 Saturday duty)
Duties Of ADMIN & HR Manager:
- Manage the staff recruitment process- including putting up ads for job postings, communicating with recruitment agencies, interviewing candidates, staff orientation, etc.
- Process monthly payroll and salary / bonus payouts using the Times payroll software.
- Knowledge on monthly CPF submissions.
- Strong grasp of MOM rules and requirements for applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes.
- Monitor company’s levy, quota, and work pass matters.
- Maintain employee data base, leaves and Medical Certificates.
- Filing tax computations of IR21 and annual IR8A.
- Preparation of monthly reports including headcount metrics and recruitment timelines.
- Handling renewal of Licenses, Insurance Policies and Certification
- Manage Fleet Records
- Manage Sub Con Delievery Records
- Liase with Sub Cons and follow up payments for delievery
- Other Admin / ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resourcs Management.
- Must be Certified IHRP-CP
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be continuously updated on MOM requirements.
- Hands on experience in Times Payroll Software will be an advantage.
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri), 08 am to 12.30 pm (Saturdays on shift basis)
