Job Description
- Provide administrative support in payment and procurement process.
- Liaise with vendors and the Central Finance Office on all invoicing and payment matters.
- Manage applications and process payments for interns, within NUS and externally.
- Submit and process staff claims/ travel requests in NUS system.
- Prepare agenda and minutes-taking for monthly operation meetings, where needed.
- Support onboarding administration for new staff.
- Keep track of AICET's assets and facilitating the annual asset verification exercise.
- Plan and execute key AICET publicity events
- Coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of each event
- Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
- 1 year employment contract will be offered, subject to renewal of contract
