Job Description:
- Troubleshooting, configuration and support of Power Platform related issues
- Collaborates with IT and business teams to design, build and run Power Platform solutions
- To optimise and automate manual processes/workflows by using the Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Report generations or analysis by using Power BI / Nexthink
- Maintain and update applications developed
- Documenting solutions and workarounds for knowledge retention
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
- Escalation contacts to Vendor of applications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing IT support with at least 2 years in managing Power Platform technology.
- Desirable professional education or equivalent certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Power Platform)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies
- Proficient in Workflow automation using Power Automate
- Experienced in the followings:
· Power Platform: Power Apps/Automate/BI/Dataverse
· Power Platform integration with M365 workload (eg. SharePoint,
Teams, Outlook)
· Power Platform admin and governance
· Application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform
· Power Platform CLI, PowerShell and Dataverse Web API
· Integration with REST API, Custom Connector
· Power Platform: Virtual Agent/Portal
