Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by doing cold calling and business development
- Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process including Offer negotiation, etc.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- CEI cert with min 1 year of recruitment sales
- Sales driven & highly motivated
- Able to multi-task and resourceful
- 5 days week, hybrid work culture
- Basic + Attractive commission package
