We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Store Admin to join our client's team in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a contract role, offering a competitive salary of up to $2,600 per month for a 5-day work week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry for SAP & MES.
- MES input for production orders movement, labour hours and upload to SAP.
- Coordinate with gauge control room to draw or arrange gauges for calibration.
- Raise Purchase Requisition for production
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, expedite deliveries, and manage returns.
- DO submit for GR and prepare gate pass.
- Ad-hoc task given by Supervisor/Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
