Sales Representative
Salary: $4000
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Kallang
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic injection moulding sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
- Present product offerings and solutions to prospective customers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and quality control to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints with the relevant departments.
Requirements:
- 5 years sales experience in Plastic Injection Moulding
- Willing communicate in English
- At least Diploma Level
