Permanently split shift – i.e. 10pm to 4am / 7am to 10am
Handling of perishable items – i.e. vegetables and fruits
Able to identify the quality of vegetables and fruits – i.e. selecting / rejecting / negotiating with suppliers
Able to justify pricing – regulating the price due to its perish-ability and limited-shelf-life (Must inform all concerned department accordingly, ie. cashier about the price adjustment i.e. discount and special offer).
Must have good knowledge about cold room storage, inventory check, stocking, etc
Overall-In-Charge for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire area – i.e. cold room, packing area, main sales walkway, etc
Must be customer oriented
Must be a team leader - the entire operation centered under your command
Hand phone must be on standby around the clock
