Job Description & Requirements
· Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.
· Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.
· Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
· PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and detailed reports.
· Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance
· Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
· Strong Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-400 CPU and redundant system configuration
· Strong knowledge in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system
· Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting
· Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
· Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.
· Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.
· On call support during and after office hours.
