Job Description:
- Assisting with Robotic Programming Automation project (RPA) for staff access card programming
- Manning Access Card Service Desk to assist with all access card issuance and returns during operating hours from 8.30AM to 6PM
- Manning of shared mailbox and responding to service requests and workflows relevant to facilitate issuance and return of access passes
- Upkeeping records/audit trail and tracking all access pass issuances/returns
- Any other ad-hoc general administration duties
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Customer service attitude
- Minimally Diploma
- Familiarity with access control guidelines and automation processes preferred
