Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with subsidiary teams to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Prepare and present timely financial reports and forecasts for management meetings.
- Site Visits: Visit subsidiaries monthly to engage with local teams and understand market dynamics.
- Liaison: Facilitate communication between headquarters and subsidiaries to align goals and implement initiatives.
- Budgeting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Investment Assessment: Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks, offering recommendations to optimize returns.
- Market Monitoring: Track financial trends and regulatory changes, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and value creation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a multinational company.
