Procurement

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, plants, equipments and its related ancillary services, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and payment terms and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and address any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to procurement and construction sector.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and analysis related to procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
  • Maintain accurate records related to procurement and facilities.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as office leases, licences, and utility management.

Facilities Management

  • Manage and maintain the properties within the Company's portfolio, develop and implement strategic plans for property management practices across the portfolio.
  • Prepare and plan annual property management budgets, monitor expenses, and report any variances.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to facilities management and construction sector.
  • Responsible for facility inspections and reporting. Conduct investigation for safety, hygiene and incidents and liaise with relevant vendors or contractors to implement rectification works.
  • Initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment.
  • Compliance to the safety and standards of accreditation or regulatory agencies.
