Key Roles & Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Prepare and send out quotations, sales orders and contracts
- Handle IT product-specific sales enquiries
- Assist with sourcing of new or existing products with new or current vendors
- Follow-up on all sales enquiries and orders promptly with accuracy
- Assist in receipt of goods delivered to office and coordinate with project coordinators in ensuring that goods are packed and labelled properly
- Coordinate and Operations Team in ensuring products and/or services are out properly and delivery promptly
- Inform Client and Supplier of unforeseen delays and problems
- Respond to feedback from Client and facilitate after-sales support when requested
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts and phone calls
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
- Stay up-to-date with latest sales trends and best practices
Key Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent, preferably on Cisco Tools
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Fluent in speaking & writing in English
