Responsibilities:
- Ensure deliveries are executed in a Timely and Right First Time manner to foster customer satisfaction, and pro-actively communicate delivery related information and mitigation plans (where appropriate) to stakeholders.
- Ensure Transport Service Providers operate in Safe and Compliance (Quality and Business) fashion.
- Review, develop, monitor, and enforce the appropriate Service Level Agreement with Service Providers.
- Handles IG (Internal Group) freight
- Support IG freight internal stakeholder’s requests, updating and monitoring shipment schedules.
- Review escalation of issues from customers' or shippers' and reviews complaints regarding distribution services.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder majoring in Supply Chain or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in International/cross border logistics.
- Valid professional certification relating to international and local Dangerous Goods regulations: IATA, IMDG preferred.
- Experience with Letter of Credit will be advantageous.
- Experience with SAP Shipping & Transportation module preferred.
