We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager for the implementation of IBM Data Cap and IBM Business Automation Workflow solutions for a key banking client. This is a 6 months extendable contract role to start with.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience, particularly in the banking sector, with a deep understanding of workflow management, document capture, and automation tools like IBM Data Cap, IBM Business Automation Workflow, and FileNet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IBM Data Cap and IBM Business Automation Workflow implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements, provide solution recommendations, and ensure alignment with banking operations and compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing program management and ensure all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and risk management.
- Ensure high-level technical guidance and support for implementation and integration of IBM solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in the banking domain.
- Extensive experience in managing IBM Data Cap, IBM Business Automation Workflow, and FileNet implementations.
- Strong program management skills, including risk management, resource management, and client communication.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale workflow automation and document management solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to engage and guide technical and non-technical teams.
- In-depth understanding of banking processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to automation and workflow solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Certified Professional (Data Cap, Business Automation Workflow).
- Experience with Agile methodologies in a banking project context.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector.
Contract Duration: 6 Months with potential extension based on performance.
