Job Description
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing callers' needs effectively
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve inquiries and assist with appointment scheduling
- Book and reschedule appointments as requested, ensuring a seamless experience for callers
- Manage administrative functions, including handling emails, referral requests, and emergency activations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all requests are addressed and followed up promptly
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec Level and above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in contact centre setting will be advantageous
