Job Description
- Conduct detailed assessments of potential startups, including preparing due diligence reports and investment memorandum, and providing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Assist in preparing fund decks, proposals, and other materials for capital-raising initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, collect timely updates, and prepare comprehensive semi-annual fund performance reports.
- Support fund onboarding and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review investment documents and process related payments.
- Prepare and review management fee calculations, distribution waterfall models, and assist with fund operations, including annual accounts, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Preferably have experience in fund management operations or investments.
- Eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Open-minded and highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accountancy, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
