A manufacturing organisation is looking for a 6 months support.
Your new role
- Partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline
- Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes through direct sourcing and route to the correct hiring managers
- Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
- Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
- Ability to handle minimum 30 requisitions
- Experience in recruitment for Engineers (Firmware, Hardware, SWC) will be highly advantageous
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Possess prior experience in using systems such as Workday will be advantageous
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
