Job Description:
- Deploy and configure M365 services, including Visio, Ms Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Intune on Windows, Mac and mobile platforms.
- Microsoft 365 Application Ownership and manage Application/Software lifecycle
- Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting through SCCM / Intune
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- Handling service request and incident, analysis root cause and produce monthly report
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.
- Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
- Microsoft Certified: M365 or other relevant certifications is preferred
- Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.
- Expertise in SCCM / Intune
- Experience in PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365
- Familiar with Windows and Mac Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
