Job Description
- Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices for fundraising campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the review of fundraising materials, gift agreements, and appeal letters
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration, and contribute to the alignment of fundraising and risk policies
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts, while assisting in the establishment and adherence to internal guidelines and protocols for fundraising based on statutory requirements and best practices
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and charity regulations across all fundraising initiatives
- Utilise Visio for drawing process maps, conducting data analysis, and creating presentations to support fundraising initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Level in Accountancy/ Business Management
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in charitable governance and fundraising function will be advantageous
