MAIN PURPOSE
The Management Trainee provides strategic support in deployed departments across the Group of Companies such as Operations, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Human Capital, and Sales / Business Development for 18 to 24 months, learning about business operations and eventually specialise in a particular area depending on interest and organisational needs.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide executive and administrative support to the management and/or HODs in the deployed departments.
- To participate in company certification and quality assurance programmes.
- To represent the company at corporate events and trade shows.
- To update manuals and documentation such as SOPs.
- To participate in strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist management with the implementation of new policies.
- To assist in company digitisation efforts and IT administration.
- To record company meetings and coordinate meetings as committee secretary.
- To organise and participate in company internal events and programmes.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations, including adhoc deployment for projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable to have at least one year of working experience in any field.
- Willingness to be rotated between various departments and positions for career progression.
- Minimum degree holder with good results.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
