Management Trainee

MAIN PURPOSE

The Management Trainee provides strategic support in deployed departments across the Group of Companies such as Operations, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Human Capital, and Sales / Business Development for 18 to 24 months, learning about business operations and eventually specialise in a particular area depending on interest and organisational needs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide executive and administrative support to the management and/or HODs in the deployed departments.
  • To participate in company certification and quality assurance programmes.
  • To represent the company at corporate events and trade shows.
  • To update manuals and documentation such as SOPs.
  • To participate in strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist management with the implementation of new policies.
  • To assist in company digitisation efforts and IT administration.
  • To record company meetings and coordinate meetings as committee secretary.
  • To organise and participate in company internal events and programmes.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations, including adhoc deployment for projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferable to have at least one year of working experience in any field.
  • Willingness to be rotated between various departments and positions for career progression.
  • Minimum degree holder with good results.
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

WORK LOCATION

Loyang Way or Changi Airfreight Centre (as needed)
