Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotes, prices, and availability for goods and services needed.
- Submit Purchase Requests (PR) through the organization's IT systems.
- Oversee the stores, infrastructure, and office equipment.
- Track inventory movements, manage facilities, and schedule equipment servicing using the organization's IT systems.
- Support events and activities, including escorting suppliers, ushering guests, setting up venues, and supervising contractors.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
- SAP proficiency is required.
Requirement:
- Min. Higher NITEC with 1 year relevant experience in supply chain
- Must be Singaporean
- SAP knowledge is required
