Job Responsibilities:
As a Cook cum Cleaner, your key responsibilities will include:
Cooking & Food Preparation:
- Plan and prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children based on provided menus.
- Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic and timely manner.
- Cater to any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Manage kitchen supplies, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared and stored appropriately.
Cleaning & Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including daily cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas of the preschool, including classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying bins, and sanitizing.
- Support in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management promptly.
