Responsibilities and duties:
Perform secretarial and administrative functions
Handle all types of insurance, government-paid leave, claims and reimbursements
Track OT claims to ensure compliance with MOM regulations
Manage e-HR portal
Handle recruitment to Job advertisement
Handle onboarding of new hire
Process resignation of employees
Manage adhoc HR queries
Maintain company’s motor vehicles including road tax and insurance renewal
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a PA
Good command of English
O Level / A Level / Diploma Holder
