- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding pump inquiries.
- Select pumps according to customer specifications.
- Provide support and coordination for Sales Engineers.
- Manage the sales process from quotation to delivery of finished products.
- Handle walk-in customers.
- Collaborate closely with customers to maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background.
- Experience in pump industry is added bonus.
