Job Description:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary operation coordinator for retail store back-end systems, including POS administration, product processes, and store maintenance.
- Coordinate various payment terminals and troubleshoot if any issue arise.
- Pay regular visit to outlets and organize display materials according to company retail store concept.
- Responsible for monthly changes of promotion display.
- Prepare monthly stores review report and submit for management.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Related experience in retail chain, as well in renovation and building facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Able to visit various outlets as and when needed
