Job Descriptions:
- Plan, organise, lead and manage the operation department and daily operation Activities
- Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and foremen on related work activities
- Inspect construction sites regularly and work with safety team members to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site.
- Ensure proper installation, quality and progress of projects to ensure successful completion of these projects under your supervision and are according to drawings, specifications and schedule of each project.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
- Analyse drawings to ensure that coating application projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
- Good in communication, organisation, coordination and leadership skills.
- Problem solving, able to plan and prioritize work.
