This position is responsible for assisting in the Accounts Department of Creative Eateries HQ.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the processing of supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all financial documentation.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required by the finance department.

REQUIREMENTS
• Nitec/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or others) is a plus but not required.
• Internship or part-time experience in an accounting or finance-related role would be advantageous.
