About us:
Hebei Jinbiao is the current leading specialist for Noise Control Products in ASIA. We are a leading service provider to the construction industry since 2016 and has taken #1 position for noise barrier in Singapore in the recent few years.
Our noise barrier products are widely using in LTA, HDB, URA, PUB & various private construction projects.
Role & Responsibility:
· Ensures project completes safely, on time and within allocated site resources.
· Ensures all worksites operate within the company’s prescribed safety management system.
· Identifies and implements opportunities to save money through reducing wasteful practices or increasing workmen’s productivity.
· Checks and records work site progress.
· Prepares, implements, and tracks fortnightly schedule for projects.
· Reviews and approves workforce deployment scheduled by Site Coordinator.
· Reviews and approves machinery orders made by Site Coordinator.
· Liaise with client’s representatives viz Project Team on the following:
a. Weekly coordination/progress meeting
b. Monthly WSH coordination meeting
c. Site walks
d. Etc
Manager has full control in the operation of the project sites. Site Manager is assisted by:
· WSHO in the aspect of WSH Management.
· Site Coordinator in the aspect of daily worksite operation.
· Project Coordinator in the aspect of project documentation.
