Responsibilities :
1. Butchering duties that includes weighing, portioning, cutting and trimming meat from larger wholesale portions .
2. Weigh all meat items by specified procedures outlined by standard practice.
3. Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their best uses.
4. Ensure equipment are in clean and good working condition.
5. Possess a comprehensive understanding of different meat types, cuts, and their unique qualities.
6. Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies.
Job Requirements :
- Preferably have experience as a butcher / meat cutter .
- Manual handling of heavy items.
- Flexibility to work on weekends/Public Holiday .
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
