Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts across healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies, maximizing business potential within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying market prospects, generating leads, and promoting the company’s product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
- Diploma or 'A' Levels qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Basic knowledge of medical products is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to manage sales coverage for healthcare institutions, clinics, or retail pharmacies.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and planning, with a focus on achieving results.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Class 3 driving license and personal transport preferred.
- Senior Sales Executive positions are available for candidates with additional relevant experience.
