This General Manager is responsible for ensuring that global exports business and local business unit operations move towards consistent and profitable direction to achieve all short-term and long-term financial and operational goals at the same time building strategic relationship to strongly influence partners and the senior management team members.
As Regional Sales Capability Director, the person will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement and growth of key Sales Fundamentals across URC Affiliates. This strategic role consults, enables, and implements robust sales capabilities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years experience in a management function in both Exports, Sales and Marketing fields with strong FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) experience.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including sales strategy, key account management, RTM models, and distributor management.
- Demonstrated multi-cultural management experience
