About the Client:
Our client is a highly reputed and well-established organization within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to move and transform data from disparate sources to target systems.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, monitoring, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to understand data needs and develop solutions that provide clean and timely data.
- Utilize Talend to develop, test, and implement ETL processes and integrations.
- Implement data quality checks and validation in Talend to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Manage and maintain YugabyteDB, ensuring high availability, data replication, and partitioning.
- Design and implement database schemas and optimize query performance for YugabyteDB.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands on experience in ETL development, preferably with Talend.
- Strong hands-on experience with YugabyteDB.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database design principles.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing cloud-based databases.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
