Job Description
- Assist Project Manager with coordinating, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones
- Perform site study for PV system recommendation
- Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Plan and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
- Coordination with procurement team to raise sales request and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects.
- Assist in Investigation and troubleshooting of M&E issues during and post project implementation in coordination with clients, contractors, other stakeholders
- Assist LEW with site testing and inspection of installation.
- Assist Design and draft electrical single-line diagram (SLD), solar module layout and string-connection drawings for using AUTOCAD software.
- Assist Design and draft mechanical drawing of solar PV systems
- Prepare project documents for submission to authority and ensure smooth delivery of the project completion
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome. On job training provided.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related discipline preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modelling software (like sketchup, PVsyst, Helioscope) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Prefer to possess Class 3 driving license (Manual)
