Position: Sales Executive
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm (lunch break 1 hour) & Sat - 9am to 1pm

- Salary : $3000 - $4500
Requirement:
- Possess at least Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Proficient in MS office application
- Able to read technical drawing and specification
- Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable)
Job Scope:
- Identify sales opportunities and prospects to achieve continuous growth in business
- Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers
- Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries
- Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base
- Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target
- Account management/servicing from pre-sales, post-sales and commissioning
- Handling sales enquiries, generate quotations, product presentation and addressing customers’ requirements
- Follow up on customers’ payments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
