Our client is a dynamic trading company based in Singapore that specializes in trading various commodities. The company ensures efficient trade operations and timely deliveries by leveraging Singapore's strategic location. The company engages in the import, export, and distribution of a diverse range of goods, including minerals, and energy commodities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding arrangements.
- Handle Expatriate Management (work pass applications, income tax filing, housing support, salary/medical/education submissions to HQ, etc.).
- Liaise with government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, and CPF, while ensuring smooth internal employee communication.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of local HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
- Skilled in using MS Office software.
