Job Description
- Develop and build relationships with designers, architecture, developers and clients.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements and making initial presentations
- Arrange for presentations or business appointments with potential clients about new developments in the company’s products
- Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completion
- Respond quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries
- Prepare quotation and follow-up with potential clients closely
- Provide excellent customer service and after sales service
- Participate in networking or designer events / exhibitions when needed
- Maintain knowledge of economic activities within the FF&E and interior design industry to propose business strategies for company’s growth
- Any other ad-hoc matters that are required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management
- 1 - 3 years of B2B Sales Experience
- Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Manager position
- Proven track record of attaining sales target, success in strategic planning and problem solving
- Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills
