What You Will Be Working On
- Support the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective running of the Administration Services incoming requests
- Provide support in office administration in various offices, including facial recognition/access card processing
- Engage internal and external stakeholders such as staff and vendors
- Assist in processing of payments and claims, and procurement tasks such as drafting specifications, evaluating tender bids and making appropriate recommendations
- Perform three-way matching i.e. purchase order, goods receipt and invoicing
- Facilitate risk assessments policies and update standard operating procedures to make appropriate recommendations for improvements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good interpersonal, collaborative, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work pieces and work well in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
- Prior experience in administration and customer service would have advantage
- Able to converse and write fluently in English
- Self-driven and with positive attitude
- Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
